- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our software, except where permitted by law.
- Interfere with the operation of the Services or attempt to gain unauthorized access.

4. Purchases and subscriptions
Purchases made through the App Store or other third-party platforms are governed by those platforms' terms. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

The Services, including all software, art, audio, text, and trademarks, are owned by Lumenforge Studios LLC or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
6. User content
You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Services. By submitting content (e.g., support messages, feedback, in-game content where applicable), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content as needed to operate and improve the Services.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumenforge Studios LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100), whichever is greater.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
