Common questions
How do I request a refund?
Apple manages billing for App Store purchases, including refunds. You can request a refund directly from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I restore a previous purchase?
Most of our apps include a "Restore Purchases" option in their settings. If you can't find it or it isn't working, email support and we'll help you out.
How do I delete my account or data?
If an app of ours has accounts, instructions for deleting your account and any associated data are inside the app's settings. You can also email support@lumenforgestudios.net and we'll handle it for you.
How do I report a bug?
Please email support with the details listed above. Reproducible bug reports are gold — we genuinely appreciate them.
How do I request a feature?
Email us! We read every suggestion, even if we can't reply to all of them. Themes that come up repeatedly tend to make it onto the roadmap.
